I was happy to learn this online site was legit! However, the packaging needs to be more discreet. USPS tried to steal my shoes. They obviously saw the name of the store on the box. I got notifications set up for this delivery. When I got the notification that I requested the package be left at the station for pickup, I knew something was wrong because I had not. I found the postman still in my neighborhood so I questioned him. Long story short I got my shoes back and the box had been compromised so there was no doubt what was about to happen. Hey Lacedup, stop putting your name on the box. It's okay to just have an abbreviation or no name at all on the return address.

This spot has so many great pieces, I ended up getting both with the help of their amazing staff. One of their employees, Crystal, stood out the most. Her inviting and charismatic personality elevated the experience. I will definitely back visiting this store.
